Enhancing Resilience in Inland Waterways: An Overview of PLOTO’s Key Exploitable results

The PLOTO project is dedicated to bolstering the resilience of European inland waterways (IWW), leading the technological drive by operating, testing, and demonstrating in three pilot sites located in Belgium, Romania, and Hungary. PLOTO’s eleven Key Exploitable Results (KERs) contribute to its overarching goal of establishing a novel integrated system that supports both operational and strategic adaptation and mitigation measures for IWW. DENSO Initiate Demonstration to Expand Automotive Recycling Process

DENSO CORPORATION and other partners have been chosen by an industry-government-academia collaborative project aiming to expand the recycled content for automobiles in the fiscal year 2023 supported by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan. The project, titled “Demonstration of Manufacturing-and-Recycling Integrated Process for Horizontal Cycle* Enabled by Automated Sophisticated Dismantling of ELVs, (end-of-life vehicles)” has begun in early March and is scheduled to conclude by the end of January 2025. As part of the activities linked to the tenth anniversary of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Programme, CINEA launched a new interactive web-page to showcase the contribution of the CEF for Transport Programme to greening and decarbonising the transport sector.
